Winsted Youth Summer Baseball Organization offers baseball opportunities for players in preschool-second grade. The mission of WYSBO is to promote the development of good sportsmanship, player ability, and skill as it relates to the game. Our coaches will stress the importance of playing the game the right way and HAVING FUN! All players will receive a hat and jersey. Players should have their own helmets. Season will begin with portrait night where shirts and hats will be handed out. All teams will have portrait night the first week of June. (exact date and team time TBD) T-BALL Our t-ball teams are for boys and girls ages 4-6 years olds (completed preschool or Kindergarten). Register for Tuesday OR Thursday evenings. Practices and home games will be at Westgate field, behind Casey’s Winsted. Away games could be at Lester Prairie or Glencoe. Practice time will be determined by volunteer coaches. Games will be at 6 pm. Allow an hour for each. Tuesdays: June 9, 16, 23, July 7, 14, 21 OR Thursdays: June 11, 18, 25, July 9, 16, 23 Fee: $47 MIXED REC Our mixed rec teams are for boys and girls who have completed Kindergarten-2nd grade. These teams will play Monday AND Wednesday evenings against neighboring towns. Most nights will be held on Fields 5 & 6 at the HLWW High School Campus. Practice time will be determined by volunteer coaches. Games will be at 6 pm. Allow an hour for each. Mondays and Wednesdays: June 8, 10, 15, 17, 22, 24, July 6, 8, 13, 15, 20, 22 Fee: $67
