I empower clients to build a personalized relationship with food, because this looks different for everyone!

My clients are my family, we are in this together! I approach client relationships as a balance between being a cheerleader, but also offering firm compassion as an accountability partner. To achieve this, clients can expect a combination of nutrition education and identity based behavior counseling to produce long term results.
